Microsoft have just unveiled their new Xbox One peripheral, the Media Remote. This little thing will allow users to control streaming video and Bluray menus more easily than with the conventional controller. Since it is the official thing, the remote will feature the back and OneGuide buttons and will be able to control the power of the Tv set and receiver through the Kinect. Perhaps the coolest feature of the remote is the motion activated backlight which can be seen below.
The media remote will be rushing to shelves this March and will retail for $25.
