After OnLive's announcement to support the Android platform and releasing a controller for Tablet and Smartphone gaming, Sony have just released an update that allow the Dual Shock 3 controller to pair with their benchmark gaming tablets, the Tablet S series. This feature might not appeal to the casual gamers, but it' an extra feature non the less and games can still be played using onscreen touch screen buttons, but this (and OnLive's previous announcement) is an important step in the future of these devices in the handheld gaming market, and hopefully (in the case of Sony) all Playstation Certified Android products will have this feature as standard.
