SCEA have confirmed the release of their new Playstation branded Tablets by the end of the month in North America. The Sony Tablet S will be available with 16Gb or 32Gb internal memory, retailing at approximately $500 and $600 respectively. No official dates have been issued for the EU region, but we are hoping for a holiday release. Since these Uniquely designed Tablets are official Playstation products, they will run an Android PS Platform, with the comfort of having the PSN network facilities at the click of an icon. As a gift Sony will put in Crash bandicoot and Pinball Heroes for free with each tablet. Later this year SCEA will also be introducing another Playstation Tablet with a unique clam-shape design named The S2 which we saw earlier this year.
