As a lot of avid Skyrim fans out there know, today Bethesda have released their new update 1.2, in a bid to fix some of the bugs and glitches that you might have encountered during gameplay. The update has been released on PSN as of today, and the Xbox 360 and PC version of the title will be getting this update by tomorrow (latest Thursday). The update is set to tackle the following issues;
- Projectiles not fading away (All Platforms)
- Issue with renaming weapons or armor (All Platforms)
- Dragons not giving souls after death (All Platforms)
- NPC sleeping animation bug (All Platforms)
- Dead corpses clear up prematurely (All Platforms)
- Guests arriving at wedding dead (All Platforms)
- Dragon corpses not cleaning up (All Platforms)
- Dragons not attack in very rare occasions (All Platforms)
- Skeleton Key not working if player has no lock-picks (All Platforms)
- Textures not loading properly after in stalling to drive (Xbox 360)
- Performance issues after long term playing (PS3)
- Crashing on startup when configuring audio sample rate to something other than 44100Hz (PC)
- ESC button can now be used to exit menus (PC)
- Mouse sensitivity issues (PC)
- Issues with re-mapping buttons (PC)
Due to the sheer size of the game not all bugs and glitches can be tackled (or found) at one go, but Bethesda will keep on rolling out updates to improve the gaming experience of their devoted fans.
