EA have officially announced a fresh new installment in their popular racing series, Need for Speed, which will be titled Rivals. The title is being developed by Criterion Studios and the newly founded studio Ghost Games and will follow the premise of street racers versus cops.
The user will be able to choose which ever side he wants, and the higher the skill points achieved during gameplay, the more mods and cars are unlocked which will help the user to evade the cops or catch the criminal. This title will also be marking the return of Ferrari to the franchise. NFS Rivals is set to come to the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 this November, with a PC, Xbox One, and PS4 version also coming at a later stage.
