The legal battle between Microsoft and Motorola has been heating up, now that Motorola have been looking to ban the distribution of several products (including the Xbox 360) in Germany. The two company's faced each other in a court in Germany a few days ago, were it were the court of law ruled against Microsoft due to the patent infringement of Motorola's video compressing technology used by Microsoft in several products they have been distributing. Motorola ha been looking to remove these products from the shelves, but Microsoft acted before hand by getting the US court to halt this ban until the two companies meet again for the patent dispute in the Seattle Court of law later next week. News website Reuters said that Microsoft reportedly moved the distribution Centre to the Netherlands as a precaution.
