Microsoft have won a dispute over all the domains which relate to the next gen Xbox baring the name Xbox 8 and also other products baring the Xbox logo, including Xboxphone.com, XboxLiveTV.com, and others. The Windows 8 branding will be predominant in Microsoft's new product line, and it is plausible that they might expand the brand by including their flagship entertainment brand in the equation.
