Xbox One Make-Good Plan

The Xbox One has launched globally on November the 15th, and with 1 million units sold in the first 24 hours, it was expected that some of these devices would turn out to be defective. A lot of disgruntled clients have taken their stress out on social sites, and it seems like a large number of consumers out there have been affected with faulty disc drive. Microsoft have acknowledged the problem and have decided to offer those affected, a free game to make up for the inconvenience.

Microsoft will be giving these users one of the following Microsoft Studios published titles: Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, Zoo Tycoon, and Ryse: Son of God which can be be downloaded from Xbox Live and can still be played by users with disc drive problems till the replacements units arrive.
