During the Pre E3 show, Konami finally revealed the voice actor who will take the role of Snake in Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain. In this title, Snake will be in his 40's, and series creator Hideo Kojima was looking for someone older to play the role. With the help of Avi Arad, Kojima was introduced to Kiefer Sutherland (from the series 24) and was found to be the perfect contender to get the role.
Apart from being the voice of Snake, Kojima also stated that Kiefer Sutherland will also be doing motion capture to make use of his facial expressions in the game.
